Welcome to a new episode of Fruity Kitchen, it was Qingming festival yesterday… yes this recipe is LATE, I tried my best to put this video up on time but it was still delayed… I wanna *cry*
Anyways, traditionally according to Chinese culture, rice dumplings wrapped in leaves is served during this festival. Filling-wise, red bean paste is usually used although lotus paste may also be.
I was too lazy to cook the dumpling (traditional) version this year haha, so I turned it into this one, it is a rice ball recipe that I was inspired to make. Hope you like it!! It tastes very Asian and just so yummy (its sticky and slightly sweet). Try it*
